Pre-Bid Qualification	1.1 Samples should be submitted along with the quotation. If no sample is received along with quotation the Tender will be liable for rejection. 2. INSTRUCTIONS TO THE TENDERER:-  The quotation should be sent in sealed covers super scribed as “Quotation for the Providing 10 nos of 1200mm (48” sweep) AC Ceiling fan with fan step regulator at Central Office Building Sivagangai against Enquiry No.M-34/23-24, Dt.01.03.2024, due on.18.03.2024 so as to reach the undersigned by 14.00 hrs on 18.03.2024.  The quotations received against this enquiry will be opened on 19.03.2024 at 14.00 hrs in the presence of those tenderers who are present at the time of opening the tender  If the due date of the tender opening is declared as a holiday the tender will be opened on the next working day at 14.00 hrs.  The rates quoted should be both in figures well as in words, In case of discrepancy, the lower of the two will be taken.  Quantity indented may be altered
